REMINDER: Change / Cancellation Policy
This is a reminder of our Change / Cancellation Policy Changes in on-line reservations for the ACEC/WAQTC program will result in a $100.00 Change Fee, due at the time of the change request. This includes any changes in the candidate, date, location or type of qualification. Cancellations made at least one (1) month prior to the date of the written exam will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within one (1) month, but at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the written exam will receive a 50 percent refund. NO REFUND will be issued for cancellations made within two (2) weeks of the written exam date. Cancellations must be made by email through the program website to the location director listed on the Contact Us page of the website. Use the email the director of this location link. Cancellations for partial refund must be received by 5 PM Mountain Time on the Thursday two (2) weeks prior to the Friday written exam date. Cancellations for full refund must be received by 5 PM Mountain Time at least 30 days prior to the date of the written exam date.
