Written Exam - is given Friday Morning (8:15 AM) at the ITD District 3 is located at 8150 Chinden Boulevard. Park in front of the main building and enter through the main door centered at the front of the facility. Sign in at the front desk indicating “WAQTC” in the log book. Proceed to the end of the main hall and follow the signs to the left towards the main conference room. Written exam is required for AgTT, AsTT, EBTT and DTT qualifications only. From the intersection of Glenwood Street and Chinden Boulevard, proceed northwest one half (1/2) block and turn right into the ITD District 3 parking lot. The main entrance is in the middle of the building, facing Chinden Blvd. Practical Exam - is given Saturday Morning (8:00 am) at ITD's District 3 Office (8150 Chinden). The testing facility is located behind the main building and can be accessed from N. Coffey Street. From the intersection of Glenwood Street and Chinden Boulevard, proceed northwest one block to N. Coffey Street and turn right. Turn right into the first driveway, the test facility is to the left.


DOWNLOAD AND COMPLETE THE WAQTC REGISTRATION FORM - see lower right portion of web page under "Downloads." MAIL YOUR PAYMENT WITH A COPY OF YOUR COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM AT LEAST FOUR WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF YOUR SELECTED QUALIFICATION. TAKE YOUR COMPLETED ORIGINAL REGISTRATION FORM WITH YOU TO THE EXAM. Cancellation Policy: Changes in on-line reservations will result in a $100 change fee, due at the time of change. This includes any changes in the candidate, date, location or type of qualification. Cancellations made at least one (1) month prior to the date of the written exam will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within one (1) month, but at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the written exam date will receive a 50% refund. NO REFUND will be issued for cancellations made within two (2) weeks of the written exam date. Cancellations must be made by email through the program website to the location director listed on the "Contact Us" page on the website. Cancellations must be received by 5 PM Mountain Time on the Thursday two (2)weeks prior to the Friday written exam date. Bring a calculator, pencil and scratch paper to the exams.
